Social Media Comment Moderation Policy

South Park Ambulance District may remove comments on social media platforms that are not protected by the First Amendment, including without limitation comments that make a threat of violence, incite others to imminently violate the law, contain obscene language, or attempt to sell commercial products. Further, South Park Ambulance District may remove comments that are off topic. No comments will be removed without the review and authorization of the Chief or his or her designee, who is the final authority on all matters related to use of the District’s social media platforms. If a comment is removed, copies of the comment will be retained by the District.
